AnswerDuring the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking personal appointments. It is possible to schedule an appointment with your preferred sales consultant over our website, by phone or by sending us an e-mail.

AnswerIn order to comply with the social distancing rules, we only allow customer groups of maximum three people.
Question How do I get a confirmation of my appointment?
AnswerOnce you schedule your appointment you will be notified by e-mail that we have received your appointment request. Shortly after we will send another e-mail to confirm your appointment.

Question How should I store my jacket?
AnswerYou should store your jacket in a dust cover (eg. the one that comes with your jacket) in a in a place without direct sunlight exposure.
Question How can I clean my jacket?
AnswerNever machine wash your suede jackets. Suede does not fare well in the machine, even on a cold wash. It’s an investment piece you need to treat with love. Also never bring your suede jacket to conventional dry cleaning, it will ruin your jacket.

If you have a dry cleaner, who you trust and who offers specialised leather cleaning you can bring your jacket there. However, we highly recommend to bring the jacket to us. No one knows better how to take care of our jackets than us. Feel free to contact us regarding the cleaning of your jacket.

Question What to do with stains?
AnswerIf you’re just getting rid of a small stain or mark you can use a suede brush. When choosing a suede brush remember, the longer the suede, the softer the brush needs to be. This ensures you don’t damage the material with the wrong ‘strength’ brush, which can cause damage and even tear in the material.

When brushing out the stain, brush gently and evenly in the direction of hairs. If the stain does not go away, stop brushing otherwise you risk working the dirt more into the material. Feel free to ask us for special detailed cleaning instructions for different kinds of leather. Remember, if you are hesitant about cleaning your jacket, bring it to us, we will take care of it.


Question Where do we deliver to?
AnswerWe offer international free of charge delivery with DHL Express. Domestic shipments in Turkey are carried out by Yurticikargo.
Question Who pays for additional duties and taxes?
AnswerYou will not be charged for additional duties and taxes or fees beyond the product price. We cover duties and taxes for deliveries to all countries.
Question When will my order be shipped?
AnswerOnly stocked items can be shipped right away. Once you place your order we will be prepare your bag and package it. It will be shipped on the same day or the next business day.
Question When will my order arrive?
AnswerThe estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location. The order can be tracked using the link in the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take some time  for the first scan to be processed.

AnswerThe orders are shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.


Question What is our return policy?
AnswerWe allow items to be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Jackets, that are tailored or modified to your needs cannot be returned.
Question How do I return my jacket?
AnswerIn case you are not satisfied with your jacket and you want to send it back to us, you can (within the 14 day return period) send an e-mail to [email protected] and notify us of your wish to return your jacket.

We will process your return to send you a return label which you can attach to your box and drop the box off at your nearest DHL office or request pick up from DHL.

Question In what condition can I return my jacket?
AnswerReturned jackets must be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all packaging inserts and labels in place).
Question How do I receive my refund?
AnswerWe can only refund to the card used for the purchase of the order. Please allow seven days from receipt of goods for the refund to process because we have to inspect the returned jacket.
Question Do I have to pay for the return myself?
AnswerYou will not be charged by us for the return shipment. Except you choose to use a different shipping method than offered by us.


Question How do I place an order?
AnswerYou can place an order by selecting a jacket you prefer and adding it to your cart. Then, on your cart page, you can click the checkout button which will lead you through the order process.
Question Where can I see my orders?
AnswerAfter you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order- confirmation mail to the e-mail address you provided. Which will display a summary of your order, your information and will provide you with an order number.

Additionally if you choose to create a customer account, you can always log in and display your past orders.

Question Which means of payment do we accept?
AnswerWe accept payments with Credit Card (Mastercard,Visa and American Express). We exclusively charge US Dollars.
Question Is my payment secure?
AnswerAll payments made in our online store are secured with the secure sockets layer protocol (SSL) using an 128-bits encryption key.

Additionally our payment provider IYZICO processes payments with the 3D secure payment protocol, which will send you a code via sms to authorise the payment.

Question What happens to my information during the payment process?
AnswerBy submitting the order, you also transmit your credit card information to us at the same time. After you are authenticated as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card issuer immediately after your order to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically performed by the credit card company and charged to your card.

We do not store your credit card information after the transaction.
