The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by submitting them in the order process and explained correction aids. Payment in advance

We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days, in which we give you our bank details.

Credit card

When you submit the order, you provide your credit card details and the credit card company carries out an authorization check. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is initiated automatically, and your credit card is charged when the order is placed. The contract is concluded with us at the time of credit card withdrawal.

Delivery terms

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Koç Deri Kuyumculuk Ticaret A.Ş., [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, all payments we have received from you, except for the additional costs arising from you choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery are repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for any repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must deliver the Goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We bear the cost of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are modified or tailored to your personal needs. This also includes the shortening of sleeves.

When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically, and your card is debited.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Warranties and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on individual information pages in the online shop.


It is possible for you to book appointments in our stores over this website, by emailing us or calling us. You can to select your preferred sales consultant and the date and time that you want to be served in our stores. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic all our staff are working on a part-time schedule and you will only be able to book an appointment on the they your preferred sales consultant is working.

Online Appointment

Once you set the location, sales consultant, date and time of your appointment and click the submit button, you will receive an email that we will process your appointment request. This does not constitute an appointment yet, once we confirm your appointment via email or verbally over the phone your appointment will be pending. We reserve the right to cancel appointments until one day before the date of the appointment. You can cancel your appointment at any time, although we kindly ask that you let us know at least 3 hours before.


We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, limb or health
• in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in the case of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
