CARE & MAINTENANCE

How should I store my jacket?
You should store your jacket in a dust cover (e.g., the one that comes with your jacket) in a place without direct sunlight exposure. This will help maintain the quality and prolong the life of your jacket.

Suede Jackets: Never machine wash your suede jackets. Suede does not fare well in the machine, even on a cold wash. It’s an investment piece you need to treat with care. Avoid conventional dry cleaning as it can ruin the material.

 

Specialized Leather Cleaning: If you trust a dry cleaner that specializes in leather cleaning, you can take your jacket there. However, we highly recommend bringing it to us. No one knows our jackets better than we do! Feel free to contact us for cleaning assistance or to arrange professional care for your jacket.

Small Stains or Marks: Use a suede brush to gently remove small stains. When selecting a brush, remember that the longer the suede fibers, the softer the brush should be to avoid damaging the material.

Brush evenly and gently in the direction of the hairs. If the stain persists, stop brushing to avoid embedding the dirt further into the material.

 

Special Care: If you are unsure about cleaning your jacket or the stain is difficult to remove, bring it to us. We’ll ensure your jacket gets the care it deserves. For detailed cleaning instructions based on different leather types, feel free to reach out.

Fur coats should only be cleaned by professional furriers. Never wash them at home.

These materials are carefully sourced and treated to ensure premium quality and durability.

Yes. All of our chinchilla products are made from CITES certified genuine natural chinchilla fur, prized for its density and softness.
Real chinchilla fur feels exceptionally soft, lightweight, and dense, with natural color variation and fluid movement.
The pricing of genuine chinchilla reflects its rarity, limited production, and the high level of craftsmanship required to create each coat. Therefore, chinchilla fur coats are most of the time more expensive than other garments.

Chinchilla fur is very light weight, however its dense structure provides excellent insulation and therefore chinchilla is one of the warmest furs available.

You should always choose established furriers or brands who offer transparency about sourcing the material and craftsmanship.

Real shearling is crafted from natural sheepskin with the wool still attached — offering warmth, softness, and breathability unmatched by synthetic alternatives.

With proper care, a high-quality shearling jacket can last over 20 years, often improving in texture and comfort with age.
