These terms apply to your use of kocleather.com, in every language. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Koç Deri ve Kuyumculuk Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Molla Fenari, Tavuk Pazarı Sk. No: 27, 34126 Fatih/İstanbul, Türkiye (“Koç Leather & Fur”, “we”). You can reach us at info@kocleather.com or on +90 (0) 212 527 55 53. Further details are in our Imprint.
2. What this website is
The website presents our company, our three stores in and beside the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, our monthly Selections and our guides. It is not an online shop: no purchase or other contract is concluded through the website. Pieces are bought in our stores, or by direct arrangement with us, on the terms agreed at that time.
3. Selections and product information
Our Selections show pieces we carry in our stores. They are a preview, not an offer: stock changes daily, and a piece shown may have been sold, or be available only in some sizes or colours. Colours on screen can differ from the real material. Any price or other detail on the website is for information and is not binding. If you would like us to keep a piece for your visit, please contact us; a reservation exists only once we have confirmed it.
4. Enquiries
You can contact us through the contact form, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp. We answer as soon as we can. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, logos, designs and other content of this website belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view them and share links to our pages. Any other use — in particular copying, editing or publishing them, or using them commercially — needs our prior written permission. Search engines and AI services may index and read our pages as our robots.txt permits. The names and logos “Koç” and “Koç Leather & Fur” may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with us.
6. Using the website
Please use the website only lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or security, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or send content through our forms that is unlawful, abusive or advertising. Automated access is welcome within the limits of our robots.txt, provided it does not burden the website.
7. Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites — for example Google Maps for directions, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, extend or remove its content at any time. Opening hours and other details may change at short notice; if your visit depends on them, please confirm with us beforehand.
9. Liability
We prepare the content of this website with care, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the website or of information on it. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it to be limited. Your rights as a consumer under Turkish law remain unaffected.

We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies to your use of the website at that time.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers — including the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
